Planktonzählkammer
Die Planktonzählkammer ist ein ideales Werkzeug zur Quantifizierung von Partikeln und Mikroorganismen in 1 ml Wasser oder anderen transparenten Flüssigkeiten. Diese Kammer wurde speziell für große Mengen an Zooplankton entwickelt und besteht aus einem Plexiglasblock mit präzisionsgefrästen Rillen und einem polierten Boden, der für außergewöhnliche Transparenz sorgt. Dank ihrer kompakten Größe lassen sich diese Kammern mühelos mit Stereomikroskopen verwenden.

Produktmerkmale
- Die Kammer 50 x 20 x 1 mm (= 1 cm³) ist mit einem 1-mm-Gitter kalibriert, das 1 ml in 1000 µl unterteilt.
- Wird mit einem Deckglas von ca. 60 x 30 x 1 mm geliefert.
- Das Gitter ist für viele Anwendungen nicht erforderlich, insbesondere für APHA-Methoden und bei der Analyse großer Planktonarten.
- Sie ist für die Verwendung mit konventionellen und umgedrehten Mikroskopen geeignet. – Kann in Kombination mit Okularmikrometern verwendet werden.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
- Wenn die Biomasse zu groß ist, können Sie die Probe zuerst verdünnen, dann eine Fixierlösung (Formaldehyd oder Lugolsche Lösung) hinzufügen und anschließend die Probenahme und Zählung durchführen.
- Wenn sich Luftblasen unter dem Deckglas befinden, kaufen Sie bitte ein kleines Deckglas und legen Sie es in den Zählbereich oder überspringen Sie die Luftblasen und zählen Sie nicht.
- Nicht mit grobem Tuch oder anderen harten Gegenständen wie Bürsten stark abwischen, um den Zählbereich des Zählrahmens nicht zu beschädigen.
- Nicht mit einem weichen Tuch mit Flusen abwischen. Aufgrund seiner hohen Transparenz ist es leicht, den klebrigen Flaum darauf zu erkennen. Bitte trocknen Sie es mit einem weichen Tuch wie einem Brillentuch.
- Spülen Sie die Zählkammer nach Gebrauch mit klarem Wasser ab, trocknen Sie die Oberfläche mit einem Reinigungstuch und bewahren Sie sie zur sicheren Aufbewahrung in einer Aufbewahrungsbox auf.
- Nicht direkt in organischen Lösungsmitteln oder Alkohol einweichen.
